Long-Term Running Goals:

I am a 32 year veteran of the Toronto Fire Department and hope to retire and travel next year . Running races in different cities is my intention.

Personal:

I am married with 6 children. My 16 year old son is a cross country runner who also wants to qualify for Boston by running with me in a Spring time marathon.

I have two dogs, a cat , a fish and a gorgeous supportive wife who will someday be a runner if she can get her foot problems sorted out.

Legs felt like lead today. Think the wall squats for my quads might have been the reason. Better save them for after the run.
