Warm beautiful afternoon, had to get out and run after dropping off the twins. Ran my usual 9 km route along Etobicoke creek. Most of the run I ran 3  light posts followed by jogging one. Felt a twinge in my left knee towards the end so walked it in to the house.

Very cool that your 16 year old is a runner and will go out with you! I look forward to the day! My 16 year old (the oldest) is a soccer player, so in the off season she will do 3 miles with me here and there until it gets cold. But, I have my speedster 9 year old to look forward to in the future! That kids loves to run and he is pretty darn speedy for a kids who just runs occasional 5k's! It will be fun to see what happens when he gets old enough to want to train a little (right now, he just wants to play, and that is what 9 year olds are for).

6 kids, huh? Help me survive the homework, it is going to do me in!!!
